ezyForm Hosting - Conditions of Use

ezyForm offer a hosted form processing service. This allows you to direct a form submission (from a web form on your web site) to the processing script which runs on our server (http://www.ezyform.com) and will deliver the form data to the email address set in your account. Hosting services are subject to the maximum monthly data transfer and the maximum monthly form processing actions applicable for your account. The service is provided utilizing the Tier 1 Backbone of Apollo Hosting. While every effort is made to maximize service reliability it is not possible to provide service guarantees. As such the specific suitability of this service must be independently assessed and it's use is entirely at the user's risk. To facilitate service assessment we provide a free 7 day evaluation period during which all features and functionality of the service can be accessed. To maintain the service beyond the evaluation period payment is required. Please ensure you review the Help page and use the evaluation period to fully assess the service and select the account type best suited to your requirements as all fees are non-refundable. As part of our continuous improvement process ezyForm reserves the right to make improvements and adjustments to the service offered.

ezyForm reserves the right to terminate without notice any account that it reasonably determines is being used for prohibited activities. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Any attempt to cloak, or disguise domains used or form processing actions on the account.

Any attempt to access processing functions or code or any data via any means other than those provided from the ezyForm menu and in the intended manner.

Any form of unsolicited email delivery (spam).

Promoting or encouraging pornography.

Promoting or encouraging religious, racial, or personal vilification.

Service use signifies acceptance of these conditions and acknowledgment that use is entirely at the user's risk.
